The exterior of this home offers under house, concrete parking. A wonderful pool with plenty of Adirondack chairs and chaise lounges will make it a favorite place to splash and relax on your Island vacation. A picnic table and outdoor shower with hot and cold water are also found here. Storage for all your pool and beach gear.
The open floor plan of this home offers a deck with super comfortable seating and views of the blue skies and natural vegetation. The king bedroom enjoys a full, private bathroom, a flat screen TV and direct access to the porch. The queen bedroom enjoys a flat screen TV. The bunk bedroom sleeps 4 with a twin/queen bunk bed with twin trundle. A flat screen TV is also provided. Two full shared bathroom is available on this floor.
The bright kitchen is well appointed and enjoys a breakfast bar with seating for 4. The adjacent dining area boasts seating for 6 guests. A large smart TV is provided so you won't miss the game or special tv show while cooking and dining. Direct access to the porch is just off the living room through sliding glass doors. An additional bedroom is on this floor and offers sleeping for 2 in the twin built-in bunk beds. A full bathroom is provided for guests' convenience.

This home is located in the golf cart friendly area of the island. (Please follow golf cart rules)
