Looking for a small, cozy beach cottage where the old easy beach life still exists? Welcome back to "Sandy Cheeks"!! All living space is conveniently located on one level. Open Kitchen, Dining, and Living room brings the whole family together. There is a King room and full bath off the living room and going down the hallway you will see the other King bedroom and full bathroom. Next is the guest bath and laundry room. Off the laundry is the twin with a trundle perfect for the kids or single person. This house features a deck that stretches across the width of the home overlooking the beautiful pool. Spend a lazy morning reading or just watching the birds with your cup of coffee. There is a private pool located in the backyard along with a charcoal grill. You have a very short walk to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Imagine sitting on your deck relaxing while watching the day end. A perfect day would involve strolling along the beach during the day and splashing in the private pool in the evenings. The home is casually decorated; with a touch of a whimsical, coastal theme with lots of color for a fun relaxed feel. This is the ideal location for a quiet relaxing vacation. If this is your "last resort", good things come to those who wait.
