Bring the whole family to Big Daddy's Beach House! With extensive renovations completed in April 2020, Big Daddy's Beach House sits on the beachfront of St. George Island's exclusive and gated St. George Plantation community. A private boardwalk from Big Daddy's Beach House to the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico provides your personal path to the beach. New paint inside and out, new flooring, all new interior furnishings and deck furnishings, and all new appliances. A convenient elevator starts at the ground floor and reaches the first and second elevated living levels. (Elevator does not reach 3rd floor.) The first elevated living level features the living area with gas fireplace, large flat screen TV, and sliding glass door to the beachfront deck with glorious Gulf of Mexico views. A cozy screened porch sits right off the dining area for outdoor meals, morning coffee, evening cocktails and story telling. The remodeled kitchen offers new granite counter tops, all new stainless steel appliances and all you need to prepare the days' catch. The large laundry room complete with new washer and dryer and large laundry sink is on this level, as well as a convenient half bathroom and a master bedroom with queen size bed and private bath. The second elevated living level features the beach side master suite with king size bed and private bath with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Another beach side bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bath (tub/shower combo) with another king bedroom. There is an additional master bedroom with queen size bed and private bath, and another bedroom with a queen size bed. (5 bedrooms on this level.) The third (top) floor features a large beach side bedroom with two sets of bunk beds - each with twin on top and bottom. A private balcony on this level offers magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico. A half bath is also on this level. Big Daddy's Beach House guests may enjoy the amenities of the private St. George Plantation community: Olympic size community swimming pool, tennis court, fitness room. Sleeps 16: Bed Sizes: 2 kings, 4 queens, 2 bunk beds (4 twins) Outdoors: Under-house Concrete Parking; Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower; Fish Cleaning Area. Gas gill and 2 park style grill to cook up your catch of the day.
